Balance is very important for our everyday life. As we start reaching our 30's we begin losing balance and the progression continues...33% of falls each year for people 65 and older are mainly due to poor balance. Much of our balance comes from our core strength and stabilizing muscles. In strengthening those muscles, we progress in our balance. As in all things in life, we have to practice balance to continue to see improvement. As our life progresses, balance eventually becomes one of the areas that can cause us problems.
