TRAINING
Tony will challenge you to reach your goals with structure. One on one Workouts designed to suit your individual needs and goals. The workouts will incorporate the latest, most productive techniques and principles.
EDUCATION
Tony will educate you on Nutrition, Proper Exercise Form, techniques like Supersets, Drop Sets, Training Cycles, when to increase weight and how to isolate and strengthen individual muscles to prevent injuries.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Tony teaches commitment. Workouts are scheduled in a timely basis to gain maximum progress in minimal time. By holding the client accountable for showing up for the workouts, Tony insures RESULTS.
MOTIVATION
Drive.....Determination....Motivation. Every once in a while, we all need to be pushed....motivated....driven. These are elements that Tony contributes when working with a personal training client. Tony teaches you to focus on your goal, how to stay motivated to reach that goal and set new ones.
